What Is It to Celebrate Self & Spirit With Creativity?
 The winter holidays are rolling around, almost at our door now. What makes your energy lift or fall at the thought? For a number of people I coach, the difference between a happy holiday season and a difficult one is learning to honor one's deep inner self where personal creativity resides. This is a huge contrast to the frenetic way many people approach this season-- running around with never-ending lists and too stressed to feel the joy in giving to and connecting with others. In the process, you can get lost from what truly matters to your self and your spirit.
Now imagine that the time between this moment and the holidays is a wide open space where anything is possible. Touching into this sanctuary for even two minutes between preparing for a family gathering and finishing a work project can offer the chance to plant a new seed of personal discovery-- a lively visual image, a quick belly dancing shake, a golden meditative moment.
