(Note: I also offer safe, focused, body-based work for survivors of sexual abuse and other trauma.)

Savoring Success in Summer!
As I was was browsing recently through a local farmer's market, smelling, tasting, and choosing juicy peaches and plums, I felt again the thrill of the richness of summer and its bounty. To me, summer is a special time when our senses and perceptions are heightened, and we are attuned to savoring our experiences.
So here's a coaching tip for summer success: Take this moment to close your eyes, breathe, make yourself as comfortable as possible-- and remember something that you really wanted this past year that you made happen. What were the keys to manifesting your desire? Savor in your heart, mind and body the feelings and the experience of living out your dream. As you give yourself the time to appreciate what you have accomplished, you will feel what it is to be successful.
I am taking this moment to appreciate the opportunities I've had to work with some wonderful people over the course of this year who are exploring and bringing to fruition an abundance of personal and professional plans and dreams.
May your summer continue to bring you fulfillment and delight!
