Body-Energy Therapy
On its own-- and in conjunction with coaching-- body-energy work is for people who want to move with greater ease and depth through life transitions and challenges. By developing body-energy awareness through conscious touch work and movement, you will learn to feel and embody your energy for action and change-- an integral aspect of bringing your goals to life and fulfillment!
Note: For survivors of sexual abuse and other trauma, I also offer safe, focused, body-based work that helps relieve the effects of trauma and supports dealing with professional and personal life transitions.

What is it to Work and Become Who You Really Are?
 The famous summer fog has cleared from
the San Francisco Bay, and the warm sun is shining through. As part of a
volunteer team of coaches trained at the Coaches Training Institute (CTI) in
conjunction with the Craigslist Boot Camp at the University of California at
Berkeley campus, I could feel the sun shining through while coaching non-profit
organization leaders in exploring their dreams for personal (in additional to
societal) fulfillment. It was clear to us coaches and to the Boot Camp
and CTI organizers that people who give continuously to others for the good of
society also need a way to renew their vision for their own lives and to have
their spirits replenished. I was proud to be part of a day dedicated to
this intention!
I've also been noticing this need for
renewal and replenishment among other people caught up in the changing economy and
still wanting to find work that expresses who they really are, something that
gives them an opportunity to share what's important to them in the world.
Are you a new college graduate looking for first-time professional
employment? Someone who's just lost a job? Or someone facing
