Your Power to Change!
 Seasons shift and change is in the air. As I sit here in sunny California, under a blossoming plum tree after weeks of cold and rainy weather, I marvel at the power and the inevitability of change. Change is the force we feel in our spirit-- manifesting through nature, the dynamics of our personal lives, the very cells of our bodies.
As human beings, we are unique in that change both happens to us and is something we create through the strength of our own desires. When is it worthwhile to admit that you feel your life could be richer, more complete? Change begins with the intuitive hit that something no longer fits or feels right. Change begins with the moment of inspiration that says, "I will do whatever it takes, but something has got to be different!" Change gains momentum with your conscious intention to believe the truth of that inspiration for yourself. It blossoms as you enlist the support you need to follow through, design something new, of value, for your life-- and realize your dream.
As a life coach and body therapist, I validate the desire for change that brings people to me-- and support them in exploring new paths that deepen and expand their goals.
