 How do you really know you are successful or fulfilled? People I coach all want to make authentic changes that will give their lives a sense of value and satisfaction. What they learn with coaching is that as they begin to clarify their personal goals and intentions, they tap into new wells of energy that stimulate their desire to change.
As a body-energy therapist, as well as a life coach, I am passionately aware that there is a fundamental connection between being able to feel your body energy and feeling fulfilled when you achieve new goals. My focus in coaching is helping you learn to use this energy as a way to know, from deep inside, your level of satisfaction each step of the way, with new choices you make and actions you take.
